ThreeSigmaMedia is an internal performance marketing platform designed to streamline campaign tracking, helping marketers compare performance instantly. It also includes a no-code tool for creating ad click pages without developer support.
As the sole designer on the project, I was in charge of understanding both the stakeholders’ and the users’ needs, organizing the features, ideating and visualizing the whole platform. As it was developed in an agile style , I had to design and project manage at the same time, playing a big part leading the developers, making technical decisions along the way from 0 to launch.

The Problem
Our internal marketers are responsible for launching and managing ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. They compare and monitor key performances metrics and continue to optimize their ads and pages based off of those metrics. Occasionally, they need to make changes to their ad pages, asking help from our developers.
In order to compare across different platforms, our marketers had to spend significant time gathering and comparing data from multiple platforms through spreadsheets or manual processes.

Heavy reliance on developers for making updates or edits to ad click pages. Includes the change of ads, making updates to the headline etc, slowing down campaign and diverted dev time from higher priority tasks.
Design Solution
After identifying their needs and pain points, I created wireframes and collaborated closely with the team to align on solutions.
With a single click, marketers can instantly access an overview of campaign performance across multiple platforms. I designed this dashboard with detailed filters to help marketers identify what they want to compare for more informed decisions.
To simplify channel integration and offline conversion tracking, I designed a clear experience for marketers to insert tracking snippets on their own. The interface guides users through adding impression, click, and form pixels, making it easy to connect ad platforms and ensure accurate data flow without needing engineering support.
With this feature, marketers are able to create ad pages and set up ad campaign without relying on developers like they used to. I designed an intuitive no-code interface that lets users build and launch ad pages independently. With clear instructions and setup, marketers were able to upload assets, customize layouts, and embed pages easily.
